BoulderPLATE
The BoulderPLATE s are custom designed appetizer plates for the El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. Each boulder was hand selected by the designers from the Andreu Carulla Studio and Chef Jordi of El Celler de Can Roca. The intent of implementing boulders within the design was to initiate a relationship between the restaurant guest and the surroundings.
