Goat Cheese Guacamole
Would anyone agree with me when I saw that the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is the worst thing to watch if you’re even just a little bit hungry? If I put that show on, my mouth is immediately watering for something greasy and fattening. This past Sunday, I put on the TV and sure enough, there was Guy Fieri at a restaurant in Cleveland that serves “mod mex.” They showed about six different types of guacamole, one of them with goat cheese, and I knew I had to try it.
