Stalac Coffee Table

Here’s a little preview of the Stalac Coffee Table, which caught my attention earlier today. This eye-catching table is being debuted at the Interior Design Show in a few weeks, so consider this a sneak preview! This table comes from The Practice of Everyday Design , a new partnership founded in 2009 with a focus on installation art, architecture, and product design. The Stalac Table is based on the idea of taking a rectangular section from a cave ceiling, with the stalactites being the table legs. What a cool concept! The Toronto 2010 Interior Design Show runs January 21-24 and is open to the public on the 23 rd and 24 th .  Definitely take a look for yourself if you are in the Toronto Area!
