I was browsing some of my favorite blogs today, when the work of Troy Backhouse caught my attention. Seemingly gothic and modern in style simultaneously, I decided to take a closer look. The first table pictured here is called the Eterna II and gets its stunning detail through hand carving.  Its top is made from laser-cut steel.
