Happy Friday!! Hope you enjoy the first weekend in May. Here’s this week’s Weekly Six: 1 – I had a similar salad last week in NYC made from shaved brussel sprouts, and similar to this recipe . It was absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to recreate it at home. 2 – Wouldn’t it be fun to wear a giant hat like this every once and a while?
